Once payment has been received by us, we start processing your order for delivery. We hand the parcel over to the courier the next business day.

Orders are then typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days for addresses within major metropolitan areas. For locations outside of these areas, delivery may take up to 7 business days, depending on courier schedules and regional accessibility.

Please note that orders and deliveries are processed exclusively on standard business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 business hours of placing your order, we encourage you to contact our customer service team for assistance. We also recommend checking your Spam or Promotions folders, as tracking emails may occasionally be filtered there.
